I do not know how you did that. My daughter has given psp 16 for mothers day! Cassel Posted May 12, 2014 Share Posted May 12, 2014 Yes Lisa, it was in the Making Magic presentation. The way to create the glow is using the Layer Style. Double-click on the layer where you did the lines, and check in the Style tab. There, you should find the Glow setting. Play with the settings until you get something you like.
