Color Paint

This website decoration features Color Paint.  I took the main silhouette of my generic silhouettes and the script coloured the black section really nicely.  As the image message was about adding colour to family history I went for a swatch I had made on PSP 2022 and used 6 out of the 7 rainbow colours.

 

I did the same to a tree shaped clip-art which had two drop shadows added for different areas, and my logo (bottom right).

 

I may have got carried away with the text though as colouring makes it difficult to read, the effect of this is to slow-down the readers who scan pages quickly.  Adding the shadow to the text was a challenge and, in hindsight, I would probably leave it off now!  The text was given perspective to give 3D to the image.

My preference is with the tree. I agree that the multiple colors make the text harder to read but with the black outline, you recovered some of that "legibility".
