    Day 7: Unexpected adventure in an ice cream shop. I need to do more pages as we visited the UNM campus, The Frontier Restaurant, and Old Town Albuquerque plus I competed in pickleball also. Plus, I have other pictures of my team and other friends.

    Day 3 Basketball was played at the University of New Mexico...The Pit is where they play their home games. 86 steps are a challenge. We also played in their practice gym but I did not include that in my pages.

    Wonderful magazines, Everyone. I have not even begun...soon, I hope. I have just returned after 10 days at the National Senior Games in Albuquerque, NM. There were 14000 athletes from the US and 5 additional countries. Carole, there were Canadian athletes there. I hope to make this trip the subject of my magazine. I fell yesterday and twisted my knee...visiting the Dr. tomorrow. I imagine I will be on the sidelines for awhile so maybe I will get this challenge completed. Thank you, Carole, once again for a great challenge.

    I have been in Albuquerque, NM for the past 9 days...National Senior Games...won gold in basketball, 75-79 age group. There were also teams from 8 countries, including Canada.  Fly home tomorrow...can't wait!
