Dearest Dawn, thank you so much for your lovely comment, very much appreciated my friend. XO

I love masks and what you can achieve with them ... I also like edges so I decided to make a mask edge. I must say that it did take a little bit of math but I got there in the end. Thanks for takin a peek!

Well done Sharon ... zipper done and dusted! ;D

Thanks Royanne, always appreciated my friend. Your page is great fun ... obviously a spin off from the quartet in the photo, well done Hon!

Sue ... again your nature loving nature shows through! I love the way your purple doily thrusts the warblers into the spotlight, well done!

One more ... because I can, ;D The photo from Unsplash is by Lobo Studio. Paint splashes on the background paper are by Jessica Dunn from PixelScrappers as is the cat silhouette. Thanks for takin a peek!

Hello Scrapbook Campers. I love these challenges for many reasons but mostly because they cement my knowledge of the wonderful tutorials available here. The photo is of pine cones from Llandrillo in Wales, UK and was taken by Cerys Lowe from Unsplash. They reminded me of roses, hence the title. All bar the beautiful paint element (warm n woodsy paint element by Jessica Dunn of PixelScrappers) were created by myself. The frame is the denim texture/element but it is a little hard to recognize as it has been downsized. The gradient was created by using Cassel's great gradient creator script. The title is made from the bead tube and was hand moused ... yay! Thanks for takin a peek!

They are all lovely Trish ... my favourite is the grunge one ... and, I particularly admire the rainbow-wave. Nice! <3

I was inspired by the way the photos were held in place by the cuts in the cardboard. I decided to go with that and attempted to use the adjust brightness contrast tool to deliver some depth. I'm not totally pleased with the result but it didn't turn out too badly ... lots of room for improvement! Thanks for takin a peek!

Royanne you have achieved a lovely result with this page ... well done on your efforts, it is a fun and very cute page to view.

M = Mangrove Jack aka Mangrove Red Snapper (As its name implies, the mangrove red snapper is commonly found in mangrove-lined estuarine systems, although is known to migrate to offshore reefs to spawn. As they mature, mangrove red snappers move into open waters, sometimes hundreds of kilometers from the coast to breed. These larger fish are sometimes caught by bottom-fishers with heavy tackle, though they still remain difficult to land due to their speed and proximity to sharp reef bottoms ... Wikipedia). Mangrove Jacks are excellent eating fish and reveal firm, sweet tasting white flesh. Many anglers even rate the taste of jacks higher than barramundi!

Wow Trish! I love the work you are doing on papers ... now you shall have to use them in some pages ... You Go Girl!

Edie, sorry to hear of the damage done to your province. I have been through several hurricanes (cyclones here in Australia) so I understand how destructive and fearful they can be. It is bad for the farmers who have lost their crops as that is their livelihood. Mother Nature is definitely at times a force to be reckoned with. Firestorms are raging along our Queensland coast at the moment and so many have lost their homes. To date, lives have been spared except for the wildlife which is heartbreaking. Take good care Edie and my thoughts are with your province and for all those affected by Dorian.

Aaargh! I had just completed a huge blurb regards this double page ... needed to edit the upload ... re-uploaded which must have clashed with Michele's post and I lost the lot. Gunna sulk now and just post the page ... not up to flappin off at the gums/keyboard again, LOL! Thanks for takin a peek!

Thanks Trish, always appreciated my friend. :)

Thanks dear Cristina, your comments are always appreciated my friend. Yes, I did reinstall 18 and 19 but they wouldn't install properly. Some of the options drop down tabs did not have half the choices they should have offered. Obviously something went awry. I have got an external drive which I have never used so I shall take you good advice and put it into action. ;D

I = Irukandji (an extremely dangerous/poisonous jellyfish found in the northern marine waters of Australia)

One more today for this challenge. I love this photo by Pahala Basuki from Unsplash. The light is coming from the top left. Where it touches the water it has a slight opaque quality. The shadow of the canoe is darker with a similar opacity but right up close to the boat it is crystal clear. I'd be willing to bet that the water on the other side of the boat would be hard to see through unless you shaded your eyes! Thanks for takin a peek!
What are you working on (in Sept 2019)?
