need help in posting to the forum

I am completely new at Paintshop Pro, so learning has been quite a challenge.  But I am determined to figure this out.  I am absolutely illerate when it comes to socializing on the computer, except for e-mails and work programs, such as excel.  I wish someone would explain to me how to post on the forum.  I finished the first 4 projects, but have no idea how to post them.
