I'm sure I'll wish I hadn't jumped ahead after the Master Class tomorrow, but I just had to give this a try. The font is HFF Aqua Stencil from FontSpace (also available on DaFont). I had posted this in the Pinterest PSP Scrapbook Showcase but I sure can't see it now (maybe I need to check back when I'm not so tired).
