This challenge will give you an opportunity to practice some of those techniques or use some tools. This month's Tut/Tech Challenge is to add light glow to lights that are not lit. You can use photos with lamp posts, street lights, but it can also be lights on a wall or any other light you feel could be lit. HERE is a blog post that explains how to add those lights. Then I reversed the selection and saved text and image as a new photo. This new photo I placed between the 2 layers with the yellow light.
