What if you want to only add that effect to a part of the image? You can find the Emboss command that you can apply with a brushtip in some specific places only. Did you ever use it in that way?" I don't understand how to find the Emboss command that will apply with a brushtip. I think I must be missing something obvious. Could you help? I can find the emboss tool fine.
