Checking for video issues - HELP

I need your help. I have noticed that all the videos are displayed in a very odd manner when i view them from one laptop (the image is on the top left corner and so small that it is impossible to view it). However, on another computer, they display fine. So i am wondering if anyone of you (especially the Lab members or the Diamond members, who have access to many videos) have such issues with viewing the videos?

 

Whether you have issue or not, would you mind letting me know below, AND tell me what browser you are using too (in case there is a connection)? I really don't want new members to end up unable to view the videos, especially if they are checking out the trial period!
