My result for Day 6 displaying the full unfolded card.
Carole I took your advice on my Day 5 result and erased a portion of the ribbon. Thank you for that suggestion because it looks so much better.

Here is my result for Card 5.
Font Used: Viner Hand ITC and scrap supplies were obtained from Digital Scrapbook with almost all of them coming from a kit called Baby's First Christmas.

"Lois (#74289) it looks like your title is floating. It has a similar shadow as the flower while it should have something more similar to the photos/papers."
I wondered about that when I was finished but I saved the page without the title so I could amend that.
So is this better? I think it is. We learn something new every day.

My result for Day 6 using the template provided and items from scrap kit bundle called All The Princesses by Janet Kemp at DigitalScrapbook. This is a fabulous large bundle and I especially loved the pack of flower elements.

Carole - thanks for your encouragement for lesson 3. In reply to your question "Lois (#73985) beautiful. Are you feeling a bit more comfortable with the steps yet?" I am getting more comfortable but still need to work on things. I am so used to doing things the hard way that I am having trouble with some of your shortcuts. Getting there though.

Used images of my own, font - OCR A Extended and background overlays picked up from Digital Scrapbook.

Re: Lois, (#72469) what background did you use for that page? It matches perfectly with your image.
The background was made using a colour from the image and adding a texture (not sure where I got it from) to it with a soft blend. I then added a page frame overlay that I obtained from Digital Scrapbook using a burn blend.
