  1. The current beta version of Affinity Photo has an "object selection" tool. It has worked well in my testing with it and seems similar to PS. It should be in the next release.
  2. You can wrap text easily using the shape tools found at the bottom of the tool bar where the text tools are as well. Simply select the shape you want for your text to wrap around. draw the shape where you want your text. Under the layer tab select "convert to text path". You will then see the bar above the picture change so you can chose your font and properties. Then begin typing and the text will flow around the shape. There are other ways to wrap text as well but this for me is the easiest.
  3. I would like to have these functions in the toolbar as well. You can use the "History" tab under the layers pallet to undo or move several steps back or forth at a time.
  4. Project 2. I really like the place tool. It saves a few steps. The critters obviously weren't there when I took the photo. They were cut out of other photos. I find it easier to get good cutouts in Affinity compared to PSP.
  5. This is my project 1. I've used affinity for a while now for photo editing as it's raw image tools are really good. This is my first time working with it for scrapbook work.
