  1. Hello again SC friends.  This is my result for Beginners - Start Here - Project#2.  Again it is a lovely simple layout that enhances the subject matter.  Photo was snagged from the web and the elements used were from a freebie kit from Pixel Scrappers "Unwind".  Thanks for takin a peek.
  2. Hello Scrapbook Campus Members.  I loved this simple layout from Cassel's - Beginners - Start Here - Project#1.  I used a different kit, a freebie by Falango titled "Antonia".  Very suited to the pastels of the Fisher's Love Birds.  Thanks for takin a peek.  <3
  3. Dear Cristina, I am so glad you liked it. I snagged the photo from the web as I just couldn't resist the laughter of the little girl and the coyness of the little boy … usually the other way around in this country … maybe it is a cultural thing … doesn't matter, I loved it and had to put it to good use. <3
  4. Gosh Michele, I love this project and your colour scheme is beautiful, does justice for your very attractive granddaughter. She does look a very sweet person with possibly a little bit of devilry behind that smile! Well put together my friend. <3
  5. Thanks so much Dawn, definitely appreciated. I am looking forward to the day when I sit down and start from scratch without looking to anything else for inspiration. With the wonderful tuts here that day should not be too far away, :)
  6. Hello Scrapbook Campus Friends.  This is my contribution to the freebie challenge.  As I see multi-coloured stars suggestive of a celebration of sorts perhaps I should have titled my work "A Celebration of Soulful Poppies".  Still on that learning curve peoples, :)

P.S. Scraplifted the layout from Lab 7 - Module 7.  The flower clusters I put together from elements I have accumulated over the years and the photos I snagged from the web.  Papers and arrows were created from tuts here.  Thanks for takin a peek.

  7. Thanks Michele. Do you think he is a dandelion or a Dandy Lion? LOL! Interesting effect Vignette. I agree with the lighter touch for your Christmas Chick and I had to go darker for the lion otherwise I lost the wind blown effect of the dandelion. Definitely makes you think about what you are trying to achieve. <3
  8. Thanks dear Dawn for your lovely comments on my results.  I must say that your card is a pure vintage delight.  Lovely work my friend.  Like yourself I don't always work with photos but I am starting to appreciate it.  I need to get a new battery charger for my camera and then I will take more shots of … something, :)  So much to learn here Dawn and Cassel is so thorough with the tutorials, I am really loving it.  Hugs......Annie T
  9. Hi.  Finished at last.  This one took me quite a while to do.  There was a lot to learn in this tutorial and it was terrific.  Not sure the shadows on the ribbon are right but I got a bit confused because I chose a really curly ribbon, lol!  Enjoyed every minute of it and I am now ready for bed, lol!  Thanks for takin a peek.  <3
  10. Module 4 result for the Basic Scrap Course 1.  I will eventually be using my own photos.  Just waiting for pension pay day to purchase a charger for the battery of my camera … I'm a pension pay day to pension pay day survivor, LOL!
