  1. whew! I finally finished the last lesson. Loved the Polka Dot paper tutorial. Thank you Carole for your help and patience. I refreshed my PSP skills but discovered I have a lot to learn. I need to practice, practice, practice. Here's Lesson 7 layout.
  2. Here's my layout for Day 6 of the Mask Workshop. Loved how the background paper turned out. Fun new way to make background papers. Thank you for this fun technique! i
  3. Here's my Lesson 5 layout. Learning new tricks as I play along. I wish PSP would fix their SCALE mode issue! I hate having to constantly go back and change from shear mode to scale mode when I want to resize. Seems to happen often when I use CTRL+V shortcut, but that's not the only time. šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø Okay I feel better!
  4. Oh Thank you for your input. I will pass this info on to my techie guy ( my husband ) and cross my fingers! I also have PSP 23 Ultimate---wish me luckšŸ¤žšŸ¼
  5. Here's my layout for Mask Lesson 4. Enjoyed this one...even uploaded the free brushes all by myself; didn't even require a "Help" note to Carole! Making progress and feeling so good about myself!!! Whoop-Whoop!šŸ˜‰
  6. I still couldn’t fix the thumbnail issue. I tried the Thumbnail Handler App but that hasn’t worked for me so far. I do not get an image in my thumbnail, I get the PSP logo (the big ā€˜P’) on top of the thumbnail. This occurs on thumbnails that are saved as a pspimage. JPEGs show up with an image with no issue. I contacted Corel Support and though we went back and forth trying different things, they did not have a solution. Ugh! Wish I could go back to Windows 10!
  7. Here's my Lesson 3 attempt at making my own paper. Pretty cool and the possibilities are endless!
  8. Here's my layout for Lesson 2----creating plaids. Very interesting to see what the plaid looks like when you scale it down. A little easier to make the masks work for me today. Practice makes progress!
  9. I wish I could say I love masks.....but not yet! I'm struggling with all the steps involved. Does it ever get to be second nature??? I guess it comes down to ...practice, practice, practice (and some 🫢words). Here's my lesson 1 layout. It took me so long yesterday that, unfortunately, my grandsons are now teenagers! 🫣
  10. Hi Suzy. I saw your post and I am also not seeing PSP thumbnails. I have Windows 11 and from I’ve seen in this thread I’m not the only one having issues. I hate that I can’t see them! Ugh! I see you got PSP Thumbnail Handler to work. I’ve never heard of this…..app? Could you give me more info please? I’ll give you my email addy because I’m not that confident I’ll find you again🤭 Thanks for any help, CorvetteKaren storieanne@aol.com
  11. Lesson 7/Mask Workshop---I couldn't the dots to work for me. Was I supposed to get a circle brush? I used what was loaded on my PSP program and it was blurry with feathered edges, not a crisp circle. So I chose another brush available to make 'snowflakes' instead of dots. kit used: Let It Snow/ designer unknown---font used: mama I loved to know what I did wrong, any ideas?
