My name is Colleen and I'm new to this site and getting reacquainted with PSP.

The last time I used PSP was many years ago, when I had PSP 7. I was very active on message boards and always loved all the graphics and animations people created, so I decided to try to make my own. I was pretty good at following tutorials, and made a lot of things I never thought I'd be able to do, but I never really had a base knowledge of Paint Shop Pro.

I've recently started making designs to use on products to be sold through Cafepress, Zazzle, and other sites like that. And since I never had the base knowledge, I decided to start at the beginning. I received Paint Shop Pro 2020 for Christmas and have really enjoyed getting back into it. But again, I needed to learn, and as I'm sure you're all aware, tutorials for PSP are few and far between. I was actually shocked, because tutorials were all over the place 15+ yrs ago. Anyway, while perusing the Corel website, I found the freebies link, which led me to Creation Cassel. I reached out to inquire about tutorials and was directed here and informed of the bootcamp course, starting now. What great timing!

Anyway, I'm very excited to get the knowledge I should have gotten so long ago. I will be doing the bootcamp, following tutorials of designs I want to do, and this time, will also be reading the PSP user guide, and pretty much anything else that will give me the knowledge I need.

Looking forward to meeting all of you!

Hello Colleen, welcome to the Bootcamp and to the Campus. I am from Canada, east coast, where we are in our winter season with lots of the white stuff.

I am using Paintshop Pro 2020 and also a member of the Diamond Membership. The Diamond Membership will give you lots of videos and tutorials to help you out. I have used paintshop pro way back when but did not use it much but still wanted to have it on my computer. Found this site some time ago, have met up with Carole, who is a fantastic instructor, and the group is friendly and helpful.
