  1. I don't have much time these days because in a few days I will leave for the Netherlands again after having spent the winter on Bonaire since November.

I am working on the templates and have given them my own interpretation.

I copied the circle of day 1 a number of times and put the faces of the guests who were at a birthday party on a boat at sea.

I added an appropriate music track and made a video of the 8 photos.Through this exercise I learned how to use the Magic Wand well.

Unfortunately I can only post the frames but if you want to see the movie, send me a message, the movie is 874kB

  2. with snorkeling I made some videos and pictures of Trunkfishes and I made a collage with the masks from lesson 7.

It's not all good yet but I'm going to find out.

It's fun, but it also takes a lot of time.

  3. hello Carole,

I'm watching your movie: NoKitScrap2 and make something myself right away with your clues.

It doesn't work yet, with "convert text to curves and as character shapes" I get a different image when I right-click on a letter.

    see the screen print

I can only adjust the letters on the 8 points.

But I will now continue and if I encounter more problems I will report again.

    I am using PSP2020

    Jacques

  4. When I came to Bonaire for a longer period a few years ago, I was asked if I wanted to sing in the church choir.

My answer was: I can't sing at all.

But there was a great lack of male voices in the choir and because quantity was more important than quality, I was incorporated.

Back in the Netherlands, where there were also too few men in our church, I also started to participate.

Singing by me is not too bad, although I won't be singing solos.

The photo was taken at Christmas time, therefore Pasku in the background is Christmas in Papiamento.

I again enjoyed participating in the 5 assignments and learned a lot from the questions in the Forum and the answers from Cassel.

    Greetings from Bonaire, Jacques

  5. Hello Cassel For over 20 years I have been a volunteer in the internet cafe for people over 55 on Friday mornings. It started with slow computers and modems but nowadays everyone has a fast laptop top. But they now also bring tablets, e-readers and smartphones. The middle photo is from a holiday in Bali where I also gave some explanation on a Friday morning. The third photo is at my daughter's home where I am sitting at the table with grandson Guide. I changed the title with a wink. Jacques
  6. a nativity scene over the years

I liked your suggestion so much that it took me several hours again. It took some puzzling and looking up old photos, but I am very satisfied. I made the border from a small piece, often duplicate and rotate, both 90' and 180 '

When I got married in 1969 we bought this nativity scene.

In 2011, when I moved into an apartment, the scene went to my daughter.

  7. because we have a 6 hour time difference here on Bonaire with the Netherlands, I made it a breakfast with an extra fried egg with bacon. What the problem with downloading the PDF files, this is only when downloading from the BLOG Greetings from Bonaire, Jacques
  8. Hi, my name is Jacques and I come from the Netherlands.

In recent years I have been on Bonaire, an island in the Caribbean, during the winter.

In November I enjoyed participating in the previous session and learned a lot.
