Papers are the foundation of any project. You don't even find digital scrapbooking kits without papers. They are essential.
One of the most common design you will see is a "repeat" pattern. You can create those repeats by simply using the ability, in PaintShop Pro, to use an open image as a fill. You can create polkadot patterns, but you can also replace the dots by any other shape. Even placement is one way to go, but diagonal design is much more eye-pleasing. Let's review all those tutorials.
This approach is easy and very versatile.
