Thank you Susan, and I know what you mean about retirement amd lottery....I too was interested about 2 years ago in ON1 but then decided to concentrate on the software I already had, realizing not having time enough for all this. Earlier I worked with Corel Draw (to do flyers) and Photo-Paint, I still have older versions. I still have Photoshop Elements but my preference now is PSP.

I'm unfortunately more than a little bit behind. I was sure at the beginning I could participate more regularly but as always the job comes first. I decided to continue anyway. I flew over the pages and just thought WOW again. So many great works, a lot of very interested participants and many new among all. Now Lesson 2 and 3.

Thanks Cristina ? I looked for the text patterns in PSP, had not yet discovered them, just played a bit increasing the scale to see the effect, cool! "For this one", which one? Did you place another heart, I can't see it...
-
From one page to the next many pierced hearts, your's is nibbled Julie....LOL Carole created patterns, f.e. chocolatecookies, coconutcookies, that would be cool for this form.

Sheila, your arrow reminds a bit of an octopus, cool!!

I got something totally different in my mind. I'm interested in your description, I tried a similar way but I have to find the error I made. I realize that I have lost a lot of practice since the last half year....

Don't worry about your "arrowhead", Ann, it looks very creative !! For the breaking heart, only pen tool and "draw lines and polylines"
-
Ohhhh, another wounded heart, Fiona ?. Guidelines are often a real good method for positioning.
-
The texture of your heart has a sparkling effect, Donna, like diamonds....Texture of the arrow reminds me little bit of rough fiber wallpaper. But I wonder, no Blue today ?!
-
Cristina, I love your idea, putting text inside the heart, could you please remind us/me how you did that?? Made something similar a while ago but just can't remember now which way it was.

Here I'm beginning with my breaking heart ?! Arrow later on, suddenly I battle with this, don't know exactly why, have to start it again.... Thanks Carole for the excellent video! There was already an AHAAAA effect ?!

Thanks Carole! The screenshots just added to show which functions I meant with the word "menus". I'm used to do right mouse clicks to open several different tabs. I meant the click not on Gallery but Resources. When I'm on "Forums" or "Gallery" I can do a simple right click on the menus About, Blog, Calendar, which was not possible yesterday. When I'am f.e on Calendar everything behaves normally.

Thanks a lot Carole for working on these issues and as Cristina already said "You sure didn't need that". I just made new tests too. Login is fine everywhere, but using the right mouse click on these menus now "classes, ressources" to open in a new tab, I still end up at the same place I just opened, in this case "do you have login issues". If I click f.e. on the pulldown menu "Classes, Beginners" and use the right click on Start here, then if functions but not before.
-
Just read the reportings, so my contribution right now: first login no issue today but I'm asked to login by going back to About, clicking on Classes, Resources, Calendar and I noticed this: when I click with the right mouse button on these menus "classes, ressources, more" to open in a new tab, I end up in "do you have login issues" being on this side, if I click on "more" nothing happens Really sorry for you Carole ?

I have never had some b-party as child either but it was never really important to me, may be because I have no siblings. More and more parents organize real parties for children, everything is planned through, the theme, invitation cards are written, decoration and food are chosen (sometimes pizza cab and even catering) Of course, games are thought out, children who are invited also get gifts, sometimes in the form that they can craft their own gifts, material is provided, different entertainments, e,g, clown is hired, music and theater performance, etc...

Theoretically it is Bastille Day for me today, but living in Germany no real plans here around. I just got one french friend in town but like me she isn't used to celebrate this. Even the french Institute doesn't organize some event for french citizens. The thing I will do, go to a "Simply Red" concert this evening ?.
