  1. I use layered templates often. It's easy to make them your own as they are just a starting point.
  2. Much love to you, Carole, and thanks for the gifts. ❤️
  3. If the game I create my pics for ends (and it probably will sooner rather than later), I'll spend more time learning how to create things without using scripts. It is very rewarding when you create something yourself.
  4. W = Witch Hazel, which is good for the skin.
  5. I've been able to make a little extra time lately so I can stop reusing my old pics for the themes my game is repeating. My last two projects show a stark difference in styles that were dependent on the themes. Easter Cuteness: The frame with the rabbit is a freebie by Ditz Bitz that was shared in the FB group FTU PSP Stuff. I added some Easter grass behind it that I think was a freebie from Corel. I found the font, Thanks Bunny, a few years ago on Creative Fabrica. It comes with the cutest glyphs. Bohemian Inspiration: CF has a bundle of Bohemian Girls that I fell in love with. I combined it with one of CF's Spring Grunge Floral Background Papers and various borders/frames from Pixel Scrapper. The font is Baby Boho from CF. I use a lot of products from CF and PS. They offer free products daily and I have subscriptions to both at very reasonable prices.
  6. Having the pic on the top right on top of the punched part of the paper is a very interesting twist on the usual.
  7. I found some gorgeous cakes inspired by the wedding dress, but I liked this one the best. (Dress designed by Claire Pettibone; cake by Homebaked Heaven.) All of the elements and the paper were in my stash. I've had them for so long that I can't give the proper credit. The font is England Hand DB, available for free on many sites.
  8. G = Gardenia ~ Billie Holiday always wore one in her hair. Before a performance, she burned her hair with a curling iron. She bought a couple of gardenias from the coat check girl and used them to hide the burn. The rest was history.
  9. Sounds like you had a wonderful birthday, @Corrie Kinkel, and your card is wonderful. Have a safe and enjoyable trip. Too bad you'll be on the west coast and I'm on the east coast.
  10. Thank you, @bina greene. I had no idea where I got the font from. I did a bunch of googling and finally found it on FontSpace. It's by House of Lime and here is the link: https://www.fontspace.com/spring-font-f14444
  11. I downloaded everything last year, but I didn't get a chance to work with the QPs. Will they be new this year or can I work with the ones from 2022?
  12. I was fairly "scrapbooky" on this one, yay! I thought a collage of spring scenes would qualify for the theme. I used paper and elements from Marisa Leren's Hello Spring kit in PS/DS. A label instead of another pic gave me a good place to put my text. The fonts are Spring and Sprightly Two.
  13. How about the chicken screaming for Maria?
  14. Oleander? Poppies? Are we going on a murderous spree? lol
  15. Speaking of Daffodils (as Carole did in her intro), Chantahlia Designs has a beautiful set of daffodil papers and elements this week. CD products are always free. Sometimes when I click on the Download button, I get an error that the download key has expired, but I just have to click on it again. https://chantahliadesign.com/?s=daffodils&post_type=product Here's a sample of what's included.
  16. I'm hoping to find time to create something new, but here's something I created several years ago. See how Cass's corner punches can make plain paper look so pretty? The font is Ernesthuge from CF. The centerpiece took many steps, but if you want them, just ask.
  17. N = Narcissus
  18. Revisited and revised an old one. I have no idea where I got the cherry blossom clip art or the lovely pic I used for the slats, but the font is Asia Pacific, free from DaFont.
