  1. I love the bright colors.
  2. Chantalia Designs has a gorgeous vintage collection today. Her site is always free. https://l.facebook.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fchantahliadesign.com%2F%3Fs%3DVintage%20Magnolias%26post_type%3Dproduct%26fbclid%3DIwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAAR1hK0OUNStC2ntLzs2SGEIM34-386gqoG19G0lJgIS5VSUJ-Q2PnJ8Uqzg_aem_AZ3Exa0uT_lwYA94uH59NW0GgYKh4heAZuvZjxDarYG6b9ppfwnHjrXKfiEHKuB0U6366_eh_1WAvCXrAUQNWCQt&h=AT3uUORnnhicTQ8jwBmSay1lAJPTWNXAjCHc0nUn7jTzG4CAU2WUcmJjNISQDoWVyJcu0-cD5IYqaO0MgXzk52vMudX-xFXc8muSZ1sq-_NP_jERNScliCReGkBsW2D8PCBQ&__tn__=-UK-R&c[0]=AT04vSuDxnR1FxSFR6TdV42WfdbpCe88yy_mAPmJsYgH9WfXK3bGVzxZaVTd46Zt897k4wJC-3Jq2rDXrUsBNItwCmHpQp4axOSo40HnWfC4RUzSvz0PZWSX28yE6L7xBWOBqqJnwxLx7ztYi6oY1ppCH31zz6k-ywtlKYs_YnWthBj_5jCmML9yzF_oKs6O
  3. I'm up to Day 3. The butterflies are from the August 2022 ALFLT blog train and the font is Melinda Script.
  4. What concert?
  5. Nothing wrong with goofy! LOL
  6. I decided to follow the video closely; I need to refresh my techniques. I love how it came out. The balloons are from my stash. The main font is Amsterdam from CF and the font is Billy Signature from FDR (Free Design Resources).
  7. I think layouts ending up nothing like we originally intended is a common issue for us. LOL
  8. This came in handy today for my dear friend Lorraine's birthday! I forgot to mention that the font is Zooky Squash which I got from FontBundles years ago during one of their $1 sales. It came with seven versions including alternates, swashes, and ornaments. I think I got my money's worth. 😄
  9. Fictitious invitations? Now I have to cancel my flight.
  10. Not necessarily satisfied with this, but my arm has given out; not easy to do with a pinched nerve. 😄 I took the pic of my neighbor's flowering bush (tree?) a long time ago. I put several of Cassel's scripts to work: brad factory, ribbon factory, and bow 11.
  11. One morning I was getting in my car to go to work when I noticed a praying mantis on my side mirror. Not wanting to hurt it, I tried to get it off with various non-contact techniques, all unsuccessful. I decided that once I started moving, it would hop off. Boy, was I wrong! I drove all the way to work (speed limit 55 mph/88kpm), and it was still there when I arrived at the office. It was gone by the end of the day, but I was very impressed with its "stick-to-it-iveness," pun fully intended. 🙃
  12. Loving everything, especially from our "newbies." I'm very impressed. I was so looking forward to this workshop, but I don't know if I'll be able to participate due to an injury. Since there is no time limit for the workshops, I hope to be able to start soon and catch up. 🤞
  13. The floral brad you used is so gorgeous that I went right to DS and downloaded the entire bundle! If you don't mind may I make a small suggestion? The shadow you used for the brad makes it look like it's floating above the card. You might want to make it smaller.
  14. I do a lot of layer duplicating in case what I'm trying doesn't work. Then I can always go back.
  15. Nothing to be embarrassed about when your results are gorgeous!
  16. I get the minis, too. Just dunk them right into the peanut butter jar!
  17. @Anne Lamp I love playing with the kaleidoscope tool. I've saved many of them as presets. @Julie Magerka You should definitely try using the punches in your projects. We all get inspiration from each other. There's even a term for it that I can't think of right now so I'll say scrap-napping. 😄
  18. Try dunking kit kats in peanut butter...YUM!
  19. L = Laps
  20. I have a subscription with CF, but it might have been one of their daily freebies at one time.
