    A while ago, I think in the summer, you taught us how to add bokeh effects to our images. You used a pic of your daughter to illustrate. I believe you showed us some tools/commands that were not on the standard menus. I added them, but I’ve had to reinstall since then. The one I’m looking for in particular is the one that allows us to vary the scale and step attributes. It opens up a little box where we can vary the settings. I looked through all of the commands in Customize, but I did not recognize it. Please help.

    Could it be the Brush Variance Palette, that you can access with F11?

    Now I just have to play with the settings so I can replicate the effect. Thanks much.
