    P = Perrier

    Many years ago I ran a race and they had Perrier for the runners after the race. I was so excited because I couldn’t/wouldn’t afford to buy Perrier and I was finally going to get to try it. Ooooo…awful! I didn’t like it at all. LOL! Never tried it again. Many people like it…but I don’t.

    Quaalude
    This yummy cocktail is sweet and just a bit creamy.
    Yep, it’s a real drink

    Ingredients
    1 ounce vodka
    1 ounce coffee liqueur
    1 ounce hazelnut liqueur
    Splash of heavy cream
    Ice
    Instructions
    In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients.
    Shake until chilled. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with additional ice.

    Bottoms up! ;-D

    V = vanilla coke

    Michele, I use to enjoy a Tequila Sunrise or a Singapore Sling. Last January I was at an all inclusive resort and the bartenders (all very young) didn’t know what either was. We goggled the tequila sunrise and he made one for me…just wasn’t the same. I don’t know if it was he was unfamiliar with the drink or if the years have dulled my memory. Either way…just wasn’t what I remembered.

    X = Xanadu

    The Xanadu cocktail is a tropical drink recipe made from white rum, guava nectar, lime juice, Rose’s lime cordial and half-and-half, and served blended with ice in a chilled champagne flute.

    Sounds good, but I don’t particularly like rum. I would definitely try it, though.

    D = Danny Ocean Cocktail  (Tequila, fresh citrus, agave nectar, maraschino)  I didn’t remember that it has to do with the character Danny Ocean in of George Clooney’s movies, Ocean’s Eleven

    @Michele: another tequila LOL
    @Annie: didn’t know till now the woodstock cocktail and drambuie (looked for it in wikipedia, really interesting little story about it)
