Carole, I have the same thing. Yes, for me they are in the Documents/Corel PaintShop Pro/2021 folder. Also had them for X7 and X8.
Are these folders where PSP saves any settings that you have for PSP or for things like palettes or swatches that you create and save? I see that all my drop shadow presets are saved in the Presets folder. And, my workspaces are saved in the Workspaces folder.
