Sharla, you are correct about that book. I tried to figure out where it can be purchased now, but all my email inquiries have returned nothing. Their contact email is no longer supported. If anything, I wish I could distribute it myself, but I certainly don’t want to get in trouble, legally. I’ll edit the post to remove the link until I can figure out something about the book.
