A = Award of Excellence
(Canada Fitness Award program; they called Participaction. Fabric patch “medals” of Bronze, Silver, Gold and the coveted ‘Award of Excellence’ – a combination of all three. Highest I got was gold, only the chin up hold stopped me from that coveted Award of excellence, but I’m over it…sort of. 😜)
