FESTIVAL – The Hudson Valley Garlic Festival is held in the Village of Saugerties, Ulster County, NY, a bit north and east of the Warwick Applefest. They usually fall on the same October weekend. The Garlic Fest is a two-day affair whereas the Applefest is just on the first Sunday in October. I’ve never attended the Garlic Fest personally. I had more fun making this layout using bits and pieces of art and info from their official website. The blue balloons are psptubes.
