Laurie: I had an experience when I got a new computer with Windows 10. My toolbar on PSP nearly disappeared it was so narrow. It turned out I had fiddled with the Win 10 settings to increase the size of the fonts and they squished the bar itself. Once back to normal size, the toolbar display returned to normal.
