Sorry for the delay. Styles in Photoshop are a set of effects that include a pattern (a tile), a bevel, a shadow and such. They are applied to a shape or an element but are independent of them meaning that they can be added or removed like the layers styles are in PSP.
The closest we have in PSP are the layer styles (for the bevel and shadows in more recent versions) and the Sculpture effect (for the pattern and bevel).
I have a couple of sets of Felt presets in the store. If you look at them, they are somewhat close to what Styles are.
