Hey Sharon. You don’t need one of those expensive tablets. I have an old Bamboo Fun (it is even discontinued now) and it still works fine. I would say that just about any graphics tablet should do the trick, and since it takes time to get used to it, my suggestion is to start with something affordable. Wacom has a whole series of tablets and it is a good company. At least, that is my experience.
And remember that a tablet is just another pointing device, so it should work in any program (I don’t have a mouse plugged into my desktop anymore, and do everything with my tablet).
