Drag and Drop in Paintshop Pro

Drag and drop is not a function that comes in Paintshop Pro to go from one image to the next. The two main ways to get one element from one image to another are:

- copy and paste using the pull down menu and clicking Edit > Copy then clicking on the target image Edit > Paste > Paste as a new layer

- using shortcuts: Ctrl-C (for copy), click the target image Ctrl-L (for paste as new layer)

But there is a way to drag and drop and that is from the Layer Palette instead of the images themselves. This tip is a big time saver if you want to create a title or a text, as long as you start with a LAYERED file. Watch the video to seeĀ  this tip in real time.
